INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE – ADECO ADEGRIP PVC GLUE – 65 ml (1-component)
1-component polyurethane glue for repairing PVC boats, kayaks, SUP boards, and other soft plastic products where 100% sealing is required.

INTENDED USE
ADEGRIP PVC 65 ml is a 1-component glue designed for quick and reliable bonding and repair of small damages on PVC products: inflatables, kayaks, SUP boards, tarpaulins, tents, etc.

SURFACE PREPARATION

• Surfaces must be clean, dry, and free of grease.

• Recommended cleaning with alcohol or acetone (cleaner not included).

• Lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper to improve adhesion.

• Mark the repair area with a pen to position the patch accurately.

GLUING PROCEDURE

1. Apply a thin layer of glue directly from the tube to both surfaces to be bonded.

2. Let the glue dry for about 5–10 minutes – it should be tacky to the touch.

3. Place the patch on the marked area and press firmly.

4. Use your thumbs to press from the center outward to remove air bubbles.

5. If possible, use a roller or firm object to apply even pressure.

DRYING AND SEALING

• Initial strength is reached after 12 hours.

• Full waterproof bonding is achieved after 24 hours.

• During this time, keep the item out of sunlight, moisture, and do not inflate it.

• Glue is flammable – keep away from heat and open flame.

• Use in a well-ventilated area.

• Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

• After use, seal the tube tightly and store in a cool, dry place.
